 Ms Nishtha Rehabilitation and Child and Adolescent Psychologist is available from 11am to 1pm on Mondays .
Ms. Nishtha is a Rehabilitation and Child and Psychologist ( RCI Licensed Regn No A83751), with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and an Advanced Diploma in Child Guidance and Counselling. She currently works as a Consultant Student Counsellor at IIT Delhi and brings experience from school and community mental health settings, previously worked at Navy Children School and DAV School. She offers psychotherapy and counselling services supporting individuals with care and sensitivity.

Her therapeutic approach draws from Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), humanistic therapy, and trauma-focused approaches. She practices from a queer-affirmative and inclusive lens, with a focus on creating a safe, respectful, and supportive space for every individual.
